Having lived in Atlanta and Houston and having visited quite a few other major cities and having had the misfortune to drive through some of the seedier areas in many metros I have to say that is the cleanest looking street walker area I've ever seen in my life. I used to live in a section of Houston where one of the main streets I had to travel was filled with working girls and I never thought of it is as all that ghetto when I lived there but compared to this it was like a third world country.

Ridiculous and very subjective review. The second you put you toes in the water your in the spring. You can’t swim over the spring head, but all of the area is crystal clear and it is the largest freshwater spring in the world. The spring is amazing, and worth the drive to see and experience a uniquely preserved wild ecosystem in FL One of the few springs that has a lodge to stay. As with any place you visit, do your research before you go, so you don’t have to make inaccurate reviews. The reason you can’t swim in the area mentioned…ALLIGATORS!!! It’s for your own safety. Lifeguards won’t save you from being eaten. Seriously though, it’s mainly to protect the wildlife and give them space to exist without humans!!

The courts have ruled that DUI checkpoints are only legal if citizens are able to turn around and avoid them prior to entering the checkpoint. This was the ruling because law enforcement do not have Reasonable Articulable Suspicion of a crime when stopping everyone. Courts explicitly state that if a citizen turns around to avoid a checkpoint law enforcement does not have legal grounds to pull them over simply because they did so in order to avoid the checkpoint.

See that 20ft tall diving tower? It's inside the swimming area and it's 150ft deep off that.
